Shocking lack of customer serivce. The Insurance Complaints Resolution Centre cannot help!

Shocking customer service. I have never in my life experienced such blatant disregard for a clients cry for help. My house flooded with rain and been trying to resolve the claim for 4 weeks now. I have been trying to speak to Ofentse Oganne since 27 Jan 2022. Its now the 09th of Feb. I have sent countless emails to him and his manager Railene. I have literally begged for him or anyone there to call me back. To date nothing. And my roof and ceilings are getting more damaged after every rainstorm.
