Shocking customer service

This is the most useless insurance I have ever dealt with. They hire *********** people who have no clue what customer service means. I have been taken from pillar to post for a claim and they NEVER keep clients on the loop. I have to constantly call them each and everyday to get the status of my claim and every each and one of them gives me a different story. I was dealing with Sizakele Madi and she promised to call and never bothered to call or respond to my email. The service I got is beyond shocking! A simple leaking pipe claim was dragged for so long and their complaints department is as useless as their consultants. Today I spoke to a lady by the name of Elein and she has a bad attitude towards clients.
