Shocking after service

I emailed through to your alias email on the 13/7 to ask for a consultant to contact me as i have made changes to my premises that i need to make you aware of. It is now the 18/7 and i am still waiting for that call. FUNNY how you never have to ask me for payment yet i have to BEG for you to do your job!!!!!
