Shocking after service

I took household insurance with Standard bank over the telephone and now i have gotten married i sent my marriage certificate and now i am been told i have to go into a branch JUST to change my surname. Funny how when you wanted my money i didnt have to go into any branch i want my surname changed immediately. I am now NICOLE BOTHA
