This is nonsense, it has been more than a month. I do not pay R1200 every month for you to drag your feet, I do not care if you have to walk across the ocean to get this "report" that you constantly refer to; find that report and fix the car, it's your job, it's what my money pays you to do, you deduct my premium on the first of every month, not 5 weeks later!
