Shameless, Inhumane Robbing of Pensioners!!!!

Extremely Poor and inhumane service provision. I am a pensioner I pay my premiums and now I'm made to wait a month without any assistance. My car was involved in accident they never call me I always have to call and follow up only to be given a run around. I wait to be connected to someone for more than 30 minutes to no avail.

I am pensioner hence I opted for a zero excess policy which was brought to me by a standard bank representative. After a month of being disrespected while trying to claim I only receive an sms saying I have to pay R5000 excess, for what and how? This is not only unprofessional but sickening that you prey on people who rely on their pensions for survival shame on you standard bank.
