Shame on Standard Bank

I first contacted Standard 24-01, advising them that I had closed my postbox. My late husband's CC statements were posted to this postbox. Having cancelled the postbox, I requested that all statements be emailed to me. I sent all the relevant documents regarding my Executorship. It is now three months later, and I have not received ONE statement!
