Service? What service??

I've been complaining about Standard Bank a few times about our claim with regards to our storm damage claim. At long last our cupboards were replaced. The last two weeks nothing is hapoening at my house. Paintwork still needs to be done as well as our flooring. We are living on cold cement floors. We have asked the money of the paint qoutation can be paid out to us as Trevor Davis whom was the appointed contrator committed suicide. Our request were approved and now we are waiting the past 9 days for payout. After numerous calls all answer we get is that it is at the manager for sign off. Mr. Segeel helped us up to a point and is now also ignoring e-mails sent to him. It's been 3 months since the flooding. This service is pathetic.
