*********** Service Providers Appointed for Claim

We are now in month 6 of waiting for a claim to finalised despite the claim being approved in January. The appointed contractor, Zakhele Investments/Construction is *********** and should be removed from Standard Bank's panel. Today, they've come with the wrong materials for the third time. I can't believe Standard Bank would trust such a poor company with its reputation. I intend to cancel my policy after this claim and will carefully consider whether I have any other relationships with Standard Bank in the future.
