Service non existent at Standard bank. Nice pronmisses NO action

MY query lodged on the 5th is still unanswered. It is a matter of standard ban securities BUT they send it to the insurance arm of Standard bank. Absurd. As if I would want to take insurance from standard bank with a negative NPS 77. No way ever..... Promises that this receives their urgency fall on deaf ears. Just nice words. NO action. They don't listen. If you call the call centre the prompts go through and they want to sell but then they cut you off. Totally bad service par excellence. POOR POOR POOR.
