Service is garbage can't seem to add my insured items anywhere

I've had insurance for the contents of my home for a while now with standard bank. I can't seem to figure where to add the serial numbers for my laptops and devices that I have in my home. There is supposed to be an app or website where I can put this info. I've tried to email you(nobody gets back to me), I've tried using the website, but can't seem to add my policies. Your stupid website doesn't automatically associate the policies that I have with my ID number.

Your service is garbage and basically I've been paying for the contents of my house to be insured but you make it almost impossible to find out how to add my insured items to my policy. You need to make this info clearer on your website, easier to find and you need to fix your garbage website to automatically associate my insurance policies with my ID number.

I'm switching insurance for the contents of my household insurance since you don't seem to care. Your service is garbage.
