Service excellence

I had received a query from a very distressed Ms Slater who had been waiting for an urgent response to her correspondence which was unrelated to the departments direct function. I enlisted the help of a leader - Meryl Addison at SBIB who, despite the fact that the query did not fall within her scope of attendance, very quickly ensured that the customer was contacted directly to efficiently and effectively attend the query dealt so as not to impact customer service levels further. Such a refreshing experience. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure that despite the circumstances we prioritise and deliver to our customers the excellent service that they deserve.
