service compliment for Phumi Ngcombela at Standardbank Insurance

This compliment goes to Ngcombela, Phumi @*** I phoned in after my brand new car was involved in an accident , it was the first time being in an accident and obviously I was frustrated , confused and hurt I mean its my first brand new card hardly a month and already its in an accident , On Monday the 29th of May i phoned standard bank insurance department twice with no joy to the answers and advises I received and the third time when I called in Phumi answered and all the confusion I had was gone immediately she guided me so well and she Offred to open a claim case and all went well and she was extremely patient with me because I kept asking one thing over and over .
