Service complaint

I had a break in at my house, then on Monday 11/11/2024, i called standard Bank insurance to claim, I was promised a feedback which came on Tuesday, only to find that i was given service provider away from my place, I called them to inform that its far away, then i was asked to find my own service provider which i did and sent them the quote together with a photo, I was asked to send photos showing different angles, I did that after complaining as to why they cannot tell me everything that is needed once and for all instant of me enquiring from Monday to Thursday, answer was not satisfactory
