Send my insurance company settlement letter and log book

I got accident with my car and my insurance company managed to write off the car and send the settlement letter to standard bank. Settlement happened on 2022-06-13, they told me they send request to standard bank as is the bank that financed me but standard bank VAF never send my insurance company any settlement letter and log book. I am now waiting and they busy debit me my installment while my car was write off. I went to standard bank inside the branch to call but the insurance department takes the whole day without answering their calls. My insurance company say they are waiting for settlement and log book to finalize every thing but standard bank do come to play. So im writing to request standard bank to send Dotsure my settlement letter and logbook for my settlement to be finalized as i need to purchase another motor vehicle 🙏🙏
