Still waiting for a claim made in November to be finalized . These people are quick to increase premiums and debit your account but cannot pay out !!
Useless staff , pathetic service and croocks ! Do not take car insurance from these people ! I regret the day I signed with them . And whats this outsourcing thing ? ****ing me off !!
