**** **** ****. Beware of Standard Bank Insurance.
I have contacted this insurance company on 3 different occasions, received their robot email saying they'll contact me in 2 days (that's a ridiculous turn around time) I have been waiting more than 2 months for you ************ to come back to me. Part of my house actually fell down, I expressed this to you and still, no communication from Standard Bank Insurance.

16 Nov 2022, 12:36They finally contacted me only to inform me that they won't cover the damages if they believe the house is not structurally sound. Why would you take my money for a year if you think the property is not structurally sound? Why would Standard Bank finance a home that is not built correctly? You guys are running a ****. You haven't even see the damage and you're trying to get out of paying the repair.
