**** insurance!!!!

So once again I'm back here. My insured premises was affected by the floods in April and nothing has been done until now. No useful correspondence via email from the loss adjustors Mr Goodwill from Mkalavo consulting. I'm still waiting for a response from standard bank and their appointed loss adjustor. This insurance is a **** and they keep taking my premiums every month. My claim number is ***7. They don't take your calls or reply to emails.
