SBIB - what customer service?
Requested policy review, quotes by competitors were considerably lower for same car and household cover. Informed Policy detail problem needed fixed before issuing review. Numerous phone calls, one of which was cut off after 30 minutes -passed from from consultant to consultant with repeat of details each occasion, Complaint lodged-promise to have senior management call next day never materialized. SBIB this customer of 19 years has now cancelled your overpriced policy
