SBIB vehicle insurance not cancelled

Good day

I used to have vehicle insurance with Standard bank. I then cancelled my insurance when I moved to ABSA however SBIB did not cancel but requested payment. Unfortunately there was no funds in my account as I was unemployed but I can see the account is listed as open on my ITC. Please can you assist me with this as I did communicate that I was cancelling.
