SBIB policy admin is a poor experience

Having insurance policies with SBIB is an administrative nightmare. Trying to get ahold of the correct department just to change simple things like debit order details is a nightmare. You get transferred from department to department annd the worst is them having Liberty (their underwriter) ontop of the policy schedules then you call and they cannot even help or even transfer your call to the correct department. It's quite upsetting.
