SBIB NOT DELIVERING ON SERVICE

We took out a new insurance. Implementation to be 1st Oct. On 15th R282 was deducted. We was promised a refund and new policy documents and policy number. We only received an sms. Kindly go ahead and cancel this policy. And refund my money immediately!!!! I left messages. Sent emails and called. Nobody is even coming back to me with any explanations.
