SBIB decucting from two accounts

It seems SBIB are decucting two debit orders from me on different bank accounts. R130 from my Nedbank account and R180 from my Capitec account.

I have asked that my Capitec debit order be closed and the decections made from Nedbank on the 22nd every month. Now I see deductions under SBIB on both accounts
