SBIB Bad service

Worst experience ever at SBIB. was advised on the call no waiting period for death claims, when it came time to claim suddenly now there is waiting periods...was not informed of it...SBIB refuse to send out the recordings of conversations with the service consultant..nobody from there can assist, i am now going to contact Ombudsman very bad service at SBIB!!!!
