SBIB and Customer Relations Don't Care

What a sad day it is. I have send an email to the SBIB Complaints as well as Customer Resolution Centre since 24 Aug 2020, and still awaiting reply. Me email to SBIB Complaints refer: Kindly note the below emails that were forwarded wrt case no. 17/058063, dd 25 and 28/08/20. Till date, I have received NO REPLY. I also referred to Graham at Plumbleak, who were the original contractors on this job, and he advised me that they last had a reply from SBIB on 21/08/20 and same answer, needs to be referred to management. In the meanwhile this toilet is causing problems with continious leakage. We need this matter to me sorted asap please, HOWEVER, it seems that this problem is not urgent at all.
