SBI nightmare

SBI has now been with my claim for almost 2 months, i receive limited communication, i was told by the assessor Unity that the matter was concluded on the 15 October 2021 and updates will follow, no upates have been made and everytime i call the call center im told that there is no newnotes and id get a call back of which no one calls me back, i call almost daily to get updates but no one knows. my possessions that i was told to leave in the house to te tune of R126 578.98 where ****** due to the delay on security by SBI now have turned a blind eye to. can someone assist me in resolving this case REF 21/075193.

Previous review "SBI has the worst service ever, we recently bought a house with SB and a short while after moving in there was a fire on the 13th September, i was hospitalised and came out on the 14th, upon arrival to the property i called standard bank to log a claim and inform them of the situation, i notified them that the house was not in liveable condition and most of my stuff had burned, they informed me of accommodation and assesor but no one called me. on the 15th i was notified by my neighbours that their wall was vandalised by vagrants to gain access to our yard, i notified standard bank incurance and only then i started getting calls to assist on the 16th i net with the assessor and discussed security as things where being ****** and building stripped, from the 17th i signed a form as he advised on security guard during the night. to date no payment has been made to procure security, i have paid for security out of my own pocket since then but the vagrants come during the day now, i was advised not to touch anything nor move items as the insurance has to do its investigation since then all my items in the house and any metal copper steel or braas has been ******, walls are tagged its a nightmare to go there as we dont feel safe and the neighbours are also being attacked from the property. i tried to get assistance but no one seems to care where i live since the 13th nor to secure the property while they do investigations. its been over a week since any of the SBI people came to the property. i called my assessor and keeps ringing. my whatsapps are ignored. we forced to live with my sister on a couch while on the other hand we have nothing anymore, items not lost in the fire are now ******. can someone assist with this matter"
