SbI hell

It’s been over 6 months now and I’m still struggling with resolving my claim. Regarding a fire. Standard bank keeps coming up with new stories, and now are avoiding sending me call recordings since they are not going to take responsibility for my contents which they instructed I leave and where ****** by vagrants. They send an Assesor 2 months ago to review the claim amount but now has since not rep**** nor provided information regarding their negligence regarding this claim. Can I get professional and competent person to assist
