SAD CLIENT

CLAIM SHL/2025/386626 I will never recommend Standard bank Car Insurance to any one Since I have been put a claim on the 21th January 2025 , they registered it on the 22th January, then approved on the 29th of January. Still sitting and stucked with my car and I always doing follow-up and they told me that 1. the repairer will call me to bring the car for repair (unknown repairer) 2. the repairer need to order spares ( my car has been inspected to see the damage) 3. They do not even tell me who the repairer is . They just tell me to be patient It is really hurt and frustrating to pay someone every month for poor and slow service.
