<p>Got a burst water pipe yet to claim through the insurance is such a hassle, dont even know why a person pays for insurnance, try and phone standard bank insurance they make a person hold for more than 10 min after numerous attempts of trying i just gave up and put the phone down. then got a lovely e-mail stating that if you have a burst water pipe standardbank insurance will come and fix it the very same day of logging in the claim???? allmost 3 weeks after corresponding with a lady named Barushka Singh no response after giving her all my details for them to send a person to our house??? ignoring all my mails? so please could someone please assist me!!!! </p> <p> </p>
