Run away from standard bank

Tell me why they froze my account because of a 3.5k deposit that the sender didn't even report. Asking the sender to verify the payment. I am using the account as my salary account and main account and I use it for my business too but they don't seem to care. I read the reviews and I realised that it's time to change banks because this standard bank is the worst of them all. My money is also frozen in the account and no one is contacting me or replying to emails even though I have already sent proof of the cash deposit slip. I'm so angry and I'm loosing business at the same time 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 they really have nothing on me and maybe I've made them so much money and they don't need me anymore
