Rude Call Centre Personnel and no help for cancellation of policy
A call centre personnel by the name Thokozani dropped me and my wife on the call today (14:51) to cancel the credit card insurance. Kindly note that the credit card is paid up and logged for closure today (***). We want the credit life cancelled and no debit order loaded for this policy. We were advised u guyz will assist, but your personnel was rude. My wife's I'd is ***. Contact us to cancel this policy as no is accepted by us on a closed account.

We are still awaiting your call or feedback on this matter. Kindly note that any amount due will be disputed and we will continue complaining online till we received feedback. Firstly I dont understand why we should even be be phoning Standardbank Insurance to cancel as this policy is linked to a StandardBank Credit Card. So by virtue of the card closed, this policy ceases to exist. Call on *** or ***.
