Road side assist an expensive myth.

<p>Dear South Africa,</p> <p> </p> <p>please refrain from using standard banks insurance products on your vehicle. I Stuck at the airport due to a low battery after leaving my car here a few days. So I decide to contact my expensive insurer for a jump start, after trying to phone then NUMEROUS times, holding for extended periods of time I can officially say their "Road side assistance" must be an expensive myth. This I not what I have come to expect from an established banking institution. HOW CAN YOU OPERATE AN EMERGENCY SERVICE WHEN THERES NO BODY TO SERVE THE EMERGENCY SERVICE??? I have also noted a number of similar complaints, please get your operations in order, your current service is lower than mediocre its non existent. </p>
