Road accident fund

To whom it may concern.

Please can I urgently get a manager to assist me with the below complaint.

I have turned 21 in January 2021 which I have been trying to cash out my trust (trust number/policy number) which is owed to me. I have completed all paper work that was given to me and I have provided all required documentation.

To this date I haven’t gotten paid my money that’s due to me. There have been calls made and emails being sent back and forth and all the agents can tell me is that I have to wait 3 months before I get the money which I don’t understand why?

I was also told that the money was reinvested and I want to know who gave permission for the money to be reinvested as no one communicated anything to me? Were there any money that was withdrawn? I needed the funds to pay for my studies and because of you guys I couldn’t pay the fees which has now put me back a year.

All I need is a proper explanation as to what exactly is going on, I do not want a call center agent calling me and giving me the same excuses and I will not call you guys again as this is costing me money which I do not have.

This is ridiculous that I have to fight and beg for money that’s meant for me, I feel like this is very unfair treatment as no one is willing to help me and that a huge institution like you guys can do nothing about it?

If this isn’t resolved urgently I will take the matter further.
