Rject Standard Bank like they rejected my claim

My parents passed away and i was left their house. They have been paying this bond for 17 or 18 years and never once missed a payment. Having a bond with Standard Bank home owners insurance and now that i got a serious problem the insurance won't help and rejected the claim. Avoid the Standard Bank insurance they just once big **** that rejects claims and refuses to help long time good customers.
