Ridiculous timelines without consulting the client

I received an SMS today 14 December @ 12:32 advising my insurance policy will be deducted the 15th instead of the 27th December. How idiotic is this not even 24 hours notice. What is even more stupid is they have my profile and should be able to see i do not get paid on the 15th of December for the past 18 years. Why not send an SMS in advance with an option to reply NO if I don't agree. I do not have the time to call your inefficient call centre.
