Ridiculous service. Going to cancel my insurance.

The assessor came out last week Thursday. And approved an emergency R2000 to repair the wall before it fell onto the neighbor's house. We did not receive this money or his report on the outcome?

Assessors name is Temba. I did try calling him multiple times. He only rep**** on WhatsApp saying u guys need to send us the report?

He doesn't answer any calls. It can't take so many weeks. I have a broken wall which standard bank put.
