Revolving credit card insurance

I have been retrenched since october 2019.i sent numerous complaints even on Hello Peter when you get all most instant assistance .Standard bank will send me a email again and yes that will be the last I hear of them until they send the demands for payment.i have been paying for retrenchment cover on my Revolving credit...just been three months no communication...to confurm my cover. I have sent numerous emails ....si do just role up and die...never di any business with standard bank as they dont practised what they preach
