Review done again after they promise not to increase my premiums
I have just received another premium increase notice just days after attending to a similar query, am just tired, as this is not fair as they promised that my premiums will not increase as there was a review done in December on my account. Please attend to this immediately as it is irritating now

01 Feb 2023, 16:38Please note that I have received a response from insurance department and they insist on increasing premiums even after a week ago I was promised that no increase shall be app**** but they just did and blaming it on me because of the accident in December 2022. I am going to look for another insurer as well as the new bank for my accounts, investment, home loan transfer from standard bank...very disappointed
