Retrenchment policy

I have been retrenched and I have been sending copy of my retrenchment letter,u19 etc.I was retrenched in October 2020,all I have received to date is the email I must send the documents to.creditlife etc.i received a call from standard banks lawyers with demands but standard bank has not even invoked my retrenchment policy.
