Retrenchment claim

I would like to find out. My retrenchment claim has been paid for the first twelve months, but i am still unemployed and the insurance still takes its insurance debit on the loan account since there was an amount outstanding after payment was made. My question is that, if I am still unemployed, can i make a claim again since I am paying for the insurance?
