Request to Cancel for over a month and still no response

Hopeless. I have been trying to cancel my policy for over a month, yet today still no consultant is interested to attend to it. I filed a complaint, only returned with excuses saying they have not received anything so they couldn’t help. My ticket is then closed with no resolution of the matter. What’s wrong with your insurance department? What’s wrong with your complaint resolution department? Stop taking our hard-earned money!
