Replacement of Pressure Pump and Not Truthfull

I have a smallholding and the pressure pump (booster pump) that was installed by JJ Plumbing on behalf of Standard Bank Insurance in April. Firstly it has only been 4 months since the installation of this pump and it is now not functioning any more. I have had a second opinion from one of the reputable companies in the area dealing with pumps and boreholes etc. have a look at the installation and his response was the insurance has put in the cheapest pump and not efficient at all and has suggested more reputable brands to be purchased. Secondly: The plumber was sent out to my premises and found problems like, the feed to the pump to be blocked, the filter to the pump to be blocked, the pipes to and from the pump to be leaking and a burst pipe somewhere. All of the above is incorrect as I proved them wrong and showed the plumber accordingly. He had to go to the local hardware store to get some sealing tape for the so-called leaking pipes and then asked me for a toothbrush to clean the filter, surely he should have the basic equipment to complete the work he is s****ed to do. So all the plumber did was have a look at what's wrong, he then said there is pressure at the pump and showed me, after explain to him that the pressure is only the pressure from the tank and not the pump he agreed it could possibly bee the pump as well as showing him that the pressure reading is only half a Bar (which he should know). Because the pump is still under warranty it will have to be removed taken to the supplier and assessed and repaired accordingly. Without the pump I have no water supply at all and the plumber and Standard Bank Insurance expect me to have no running water and no shower, drinking water, toilet water or any water for between 7 and 10 working days. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. When speaking to the insurance they explain that the plumber can assist with temporary water supply and when speaking to the plumber he says the insurance has given him permission to remove the pump to have it repaired, he has no temporary solution. We have called the call centre numerous times, my wife was given the suppliers details and asked to disconnect the pump and take it in for repairs, If this was done the warranty on the pump would be void. Thirdly: I have NO WATER at all and seems like I will have no water until Standard Bank Insurance can sort out this problem in their manner. I do not carry the warranty responsibilities they or their plumber does, I have to suffer because of this until "further notice. The stories between the call centre and the plumber differ and the person suffering with NO WATER is me. The call centre would get their supervisor to call me this morning, I don't think anything would be done and having NO WATER is not their problem but mine. This is unsatisfactory to say the least and what or how will Standard Bank Insurance want to assist me, I guess not at all.
