REMOVAL OF HOME OWNERS INSURANCE

Really not impressed with the way your agents handle things as they blatantly ignore important emails with requests and just proceed to do whatever they want.

I received an email regarding the Standard Bank home insurance that was added to my account for the bond. I had to cancel the 3rd party insurance I took out as they did not cover the full amount that was requested by your bank. After submitting the cancelation request, they offered me a better deal and decided to stay with them instead of using Stand Bank Insurance.

However, after multiple emails to *** and ***, I am still being ignored and have now received an email and SMS stating the Standard Bank insurance has been added to my account.

I do NOT want this insurance as I already have active insurance that covers the full required amount.

PLEASE REMOVE THIS ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
