Rejection reviewed: MM MO***ENG AND MRS PJ MATYELA HLB***3/***2211

I bought a house in 2006 financed by Standard Bank. The house is 45 years old and the garage door that I found there is giving me problems. I have been staying in this house for 18 years now using the same garage door. and it is covered under Standard Bank Insurance. The door is now broken but the bank is rejecting my claim, they say this is wear and tear, imagine the door is 45 years old.

So why should I keep on paying the insurance that is looking for loopholes in order not to pay the claim? I have been their loyal customer for Home Loans and insurance for 18 years and this is how they treat me.
