Rejection pool claim

They just keep on taking taking and when it comes to pay up time they bring all sorts of excuses why your claim is not valid Refiloe from Standard Bank insurance tells me the reason my claim is not approved is because the last person who worked on my swimming pool filter did a bad job and also because my pool has dirty water??? Absolute nonsense no one has ever worked on my pool filter I bought this property 3 years ago and no one has worked on the pool filter tank and my pool has dirty water becasue it has not been running for a couple of days now and with the heavy rains we have been getting if the pool does not run it will be filled only with dirty water Please approve my claim as your consultant also confirmed there was nothing I could from my side to prevent the damage on the filter, I don’t know who installed this filter tank I brought this property with this pool so please put me back in the position I was in before this unfortunate incident happened
