rejected claims for property approved when bought!

my property was flooded and it was rejected cause my entry to my house must be 10cm/m high when i bought my property this was as is, the bond was approved as the assessor who came out approved the property. now that i must claim for my floors/walls/pool/wall/roof/sliding door that was damaged, there is stories. why cant you give me a report as to why it is not being repaired. your service is pathetic its been 4 weeks and no direct answer
