Rejected claim.No feedback.No communication

I visited standard bank bridge city branch for house insurance claim since my room was damaged by carport during heavy wind&rain.Assessor came and said he is gonna escalate since he said Standard Bank Insurance wont pay because roof damage caused by carport. I have been paying my insurance for 20 years and never thought that standardbank would do this to me.No escalation nothing and never heard anything from standard bank.I am so dissapointed with the service.If standardbank do not pay i will escalate to an ombudsman and ill also take straight to social media.

I now regret the day i took insurance with standard..what a very bad experience and pathetic service i got from standardbank.
