Rejected claim SHS/2022/323983 by stansure non motor

I have insured my house contents and car with them. I had an incident where a whole cupboard fell off the wall loaded with all sorts of crockery inside and at the top was the electric frying pan,serving bowls and a brand new iron. As these fell they also broke my mist fan which was standing in the kitchen at that moment. The entire loss amounts to ± R27000 excluding the cupboard, the zink top and the water mixer which were all affected. The claim was rejected without sending the assessor. The reason given was that accidental cover for crockery cannot be entertained. I'm left shaken and traumatized. Ever since I cannot reach the agent that handled my claim SHS/2022/323983 on email.
