Refusing to pay back my money.

I no longer require funeral plan services from Standard Bank Funeral Insurance hence I wrote a cancellation letter. I even requested that all my premiums from 2009 till 2023 to be paid back into my FNB Account because I no longer require Standard Banks services. I need all my money back into my account and I will not accept no for answer, I insist and request that all my money from 2009 till 2023 be transferred back into my account. Can this matter be prioritized be resolved today because this matter has been pending for too long.
