Refusing to cancel my Home insurance cover insurance

On the 6th July i contacted homeloans to cancel MY Home insurance policy(Policy Number is:HLB***) as i have took out another policy with auto and General they supp**** me with a email address to send cancelation i am suprise now that they are not responding and they said policy cannot be cancelled. i have supp**** them with the new confirmation of insurance and they are refusing.

My bond has been fully paid and i dont even owe you a single sent.can you please advise because clearly the people whom i send email they are wasting our time
